Restore Update: 11/01/2009

rn

Several items have been located to bring the machine up to fully-optioned status; vintage NOS Cigar Lighter, Model 8-0813 Head and Tail Light Set, and the two-piece seat shown below with Mounting Springs. Unfortunately I have no pictures of the "before" condition of the seat, but suffice it to say the pan was originally black and the covers nearly gone. The pan has now been fully restored to its original red color and the seat cushion covers have been hand-made and installed in an almost identical to wheel horse look. The Seat Springs have also been restored and installed under the new seat.

rn

Finished the seat covers and I now have patterns to reproduce these covers if needed.

Brought home a few more pieces for this restoration work. A few minor issues with them but nothing that cannot be fixed quite readily.

Also acquired a set of 75# Cast-Iron Wheel Weights, Wheel Horse Part #203924 (perhaps Jacobson). They will be stripped, repainted in WH Red and new decals applied.
